Blog Talk Radio and/or Sally Shields and Dr. Kent Gustavson collectively reserve the right to use any/all pitches, whether selected for inclusion for show or not, in the marketing and promotion of Blurb! and the Blog Talk Radio network.
Show producers cannot return pitches, nor comment/provide feedback on any pitch not selected for inclusion on the show. In the event that any portion of any book featured on Blurb! is found to be plagiarized, Blog Talk Radio, Sally Shields and Dr. Kent Gustavson collectively reserve the right to remove all references to said work from its archives, and from companion websites.
